Good experience with the demo

I requested a demo of their 3DS SDK and it went really smoothly. The sales team got back to me quickly and set up a call. The demo itself was pretty informative, showed what it could do. Overall, a good first look at their stuff.

Solid product, some delays

We got the Mobile SDK and for the most part, it's been great. Integration was fairly straightforward, and the documentation was decent. I did have to chase them a couple of times for an update on our support ticket, which was a bit annoying. But once they got to it, the issue was resolved. The product itself performs well, just wished the response time was a little faster sometimes.

Consistently reliable service

This isn't our first time working with Netcetera; we've used their Access Control Server before. This time, we implemented their Digital Wallet. The consistency is what keeps us coming back. The setup was as smooth as last time, and their technical support team is always helpful. It's good to know what to expect.

Clear value, great support

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on a Secure Digital Payment solution. Their team really helped me understand the different pricing tiers for volume licensing. It felt like I was getting good value for what we paid, especially with the implementation support included. The whole process was worth it for our budget.

Detailed feedback on Payment Gateway

We recently integrated Netcetera's Payment Gateway into our e-commerce platform. The ordering process began with a demo request, which was scheduled promptly. After the demo, we discussed enterprise pricing and eventually moved forward. Delivery of the necessary components and access credentials was within their estimated timeframe. We did encounter a few minor snags during initial setup, mostly related to specific configurations that weren't immediately clear in the documentation. However, their technical support team was responsive; it took a couple of back-and-forth emails, but they guided us through it effectively. The gateway itself is robust and has handled transactions without any issues since going live. It's PCI DSS compliant, which was a major factor for us. We also utilized their developer portal access for testing, which was quite useful for our team. Overall, a solid product with decent support.

Finally got the Netcetera 3DS SDK integrated into our test app. Had some hiccups with the documentation around specific Android versions, but seems stable now. Anyone else had a smooth run?

S SnehaR 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Our team had a pretty good experience with the iOS SDK, actually. Support was quick to respond to a couple of minor queries we had too. Maybe try reaching out to them for doc clarity?

Oh, that's good to know about their support. We managed to figure it out eventually, but might keep that in mind for future updates.

Glad to hear it! We're planning to integrate it next quarter. What kind of hiccups did you hit on Android?

D DevRaj 1 month ago
Mostly around some deprecated methods not being clearly called out for newer SDK versions. Took some trial and error.

A AmitK 1 month ago
Yeah, that's always a pain with these SDKs. Good to know.

We used their developer sandbox for testing the 3-D Secure Server a while back, that was super helpful for pre-integration sanity checks. Did you use that for the SDK?
8
D DevRaj 1 month ago
Yep, sandbox was a lifesaver. Made debugging much easier before hitting our actual payment gateway.

F FinanceGuy 1 month ago
Curious, do they offer a free trial for the SDK itself or just sandbox access?

Has anyone explored Netcetera's Digital Health Software? We're looking at solutions for secure patient data management and their offerings seem pretty comprehensive, but keen to hear real-world experiences.

H HospitalAdmin 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
We had a demo of their Digital Health suite last month. The data privacy features looked solid, especially with their focus on tokenization and strong authentication. It felt very secure.

That's exactly what we need to hear. How was the UI/UX though? Easy for medical staff to adopt?

N NursePriya 2 weeks ago
Good question! Ease of use is critical for us.

Not directly on the digital health side, but we use their Identity Management and Biometric Authentication for a different project. Their approach to security is generally top-notch, so I'd expect similar for health data.

D Dr.Mehta 2 weeks ago
That's reassuring to know about their core security capabilities. Thanks for the insight.

I heard they're quite big on sustainable mobility solutions too. It makes me wonder how much overlap there is in their tech stack across different verticals. Maybe that helps with robustness?

Could be. Good question.

Interesting point. Common security components across diverse products could be a strength.

If we get their digital health software, how do they handle all the patient data privacy stuff? Super important for us.

J James H. 2 months ago
They're really big on that. I remember reading they're super compliant with all the relevant regulations like GDPR and stuff. It's a core part of their offering.

M Marcus G. 2 months ago
They're a European company primarily, so data privacy is baked into everything they do. They mention it a lot in their materials, especially for health tech, so I'd expect them to be very solid on that front.

Is it easy to integrate their 3DS SDK? I'm not a super experienced dev, kinda worried about a nightmare integration.

S Sam 1 month ago
It's pretty standard, nothing too crazy. They have documentation and afaik their tech support is decent if you get stuck.

F Faith 1 month ago
I've integrated other SDKs and honestly, Netcetera's wasn't the worst. The docs were clear enough, and we got some direct help from their team for specific questions. Definitely doable.

How does Netcetera compare to like, Stripe for payment processing? We're a small-ish business but growing fast.

N Neil 1 month ago
Netcetera is way more enterprise-level, I think. Stripe is good for getting started quickly, but Netcetera offers much deeper solutions for security and compliance, especially if you're in a regulated industry.
1
S Steve Nguyen 1 month ago
They're pretty different. Stripe is more off-the-shelf for quick setup. Netcetera is for bigger operations, more custom stuff, and definitely stronger on the security and specific financial sector compliance side of things. It's not really an apples-to-apples comparison for a small business just starting out.

Trying to figure out pricing for their mobile banking app solution. Are there any public price lists or coupon codes I should be looking for?

R Rachel 2 months ago
Nah, for stuff like that it's all custom. They're not like a regular store with coupons. You gotta get a quote directly from them.
0
P Paula 2 months ago
No coupons, no public prices. It's a B2B thing, so they'll tailor it based on what you need. Just request a demo or consultation and they'll get into the specifics.

Thinking about their payment gateway for our new e-commerce site. Anyone know if they offer a sandbox environment to test things out before committing?

K Kate 2 months ago
Yeah, pretty sure they do. I remember seeing something about a developer portal or sandbox access when I was looking at their stuff a while back.

A Anna Doyle 2 months ago
They definitely have one. We used it for a proof of concept last year. You usually have to request access though, it's not just openly available on the site.
